The beds were uncomfortable and not ideal for a good night's sleep. The noise from the street was bothersome, making it difficult to relax in the room.

The hotel offered a shuttle service to a nearby beach, making it convenient for guests to access the beautiful coastline. The pool was well-maintained and provided a refreshing place to cool off after a long day.
The facilities were outdated and had a noticeable moldy smell in the rooms. The food was bland and not representative of authentic Mexican cuisine.

We had a wonderful stay at Castillo Huatulco & Beach Club! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from Santa Cruz Beach. It was great that we were able to bring our small dog with us for a small fee. Despite the hotel being lively with families and nightly events, the noise always stopped before midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were not as satisfactory. The internet connection was unreliable and frequently crashed, which was frustrating.

The beach club provided a great pool and a shuttle service to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and service.
